Structured for Success - Eurocom Announces Revised Management Team


April 5, 2007 (Dallas, TX) – For more than 25 years, Eurocom, Inc. has built its business by providing the highest quality products, outstanding value, and excellent service.  In an ongoing effort to provide its valued customers with products and service in the most timely and efficient fashion, the company has completed a corporate restructuring.  As part of the restructuring, Eurocom is pleased to announce its revised management team.

Dr. Henning von Mangoldt has been appointed as the new President of Eurocom. Dr. von Mangoldt’s expertise in the neon and signage industry has been built over 21 years of experience as Chairman of  Neon Products, GMBH, Eurocom’s parent company.  Dr. von Mangoldt is very familiar with Eurocom and its customers. He previously served as President of Eurocom from 1999 to 2001.  His keen understanding of the sign industry and the opportunities in both North America and world-wide will provide excellent leadership for Eurocom.


Second, we are pleased to announce the advancement of Malte von Engelbrechten to the

role of Vice President.  Malte has made a significant contribution to our customer support and service in his former position of National Sales Manager.  His experience in research and the development of customer relationships in both the United States and Europe, as well as a commitment to customer service, prepare him well for his new and expanded role.


Mr. Michael Moore, who played a key role in the re-structuring of Eurocom over the past two years, will pass on the role of President and will focus his attention to key identified corporate development projects with the organization and its partners.
